All items shipped within Australia, receive FREE shipping via Australia Post Express Post.
All items shipped to New Zealand, USA, UK, and Canada, shipping charges are listed when you check out. We use Australia Post Pack and Track International which offers end-to-end tracking and standard international delivery (3-10 business days excluding customs). POLA Jewellers is NOT responsible for any customs fees or delays.
If you prefer another method of shipment, please contact us. We will work to accomodate your wishes. A change in shipping methods may incur an additional cost.
We strive to ship products 2-3 business days after customer payment clears. If changes are being made to an item (such as re-sizing a ring), additional days may be needed before shipment is sent. Also, some items may take up to a week to ship. If you have questions regarding a particular item's shipping time, please ask us.
What You Get With Purchase
For all items over $1,000 AUD, we provide a Quality Assessment Report stating the specifications of the item and gemstones along with a listed price for replacement cost.
A few items are accompanied by a certification from an accredited gemmologist. The item description will list what specific gemstones have this included.
Each item includes a presentation box.
For rings, we offer re-sizing by our skilled jeweller FREE with purchase (one time only) up to 3 sizes either direction. If you need further reduction/increase to the ring size available, please consult with us for the best option.
For all watches, you will receive a presentation box, instructions for watches that call for them, and the appropriate authorised warranty card.
POLA Jewellers strives to provide quality, lasting products. We offer a 2-year warranty against faulty materials or workmanship (wear & tear is not covered). Any items returned under warranty will be at customer's expense. We will need 48-72 hours after receiving material to assess and ensure item is faulty.
We will exchange unwanted gifts if received within 30 days and accompanied with proof of purchase. Exchanges on sale items will be made at the price paid of unwanted item against current price of wanted item. Good must be in original packaging, in new condition. We cannot exchange earrings or personalised items. We can however make alterations for a nominal fee.
POLA Jewellers will repair, refund or exchange an item that is faulty in the first 90 days after purchase. This is in line with the Trade Practices Act. POLA Jewellers will not provide refund if you change your mind about an item. We are also unable to provide refunds or exchange for earrings or personalised items (including ring sizing), although we will repair any manufacturing fault. Please retain your proof of purchase to assist in your repair, refund or exchange.
Any items returned will be at customer's expense. We will need 48-72 hours after receiving the item to assess its condition.

Collection of your personal information:
There are many aspects of the site which can be viewed without providing personal information, however, for access to future POLA Jewellers customer support features you are required to submit personally identifiable information. This may include but not limited to a unique username and password, or provide sensitive information in the recovery of your lost password.

We may occasionally hire other companies to provide services on our behalf, including but not limited to handling customer support enquiries, processing transactions or customer freight shipping. Those companies will be permitted to obtain only the personal information they need to deliver the service. POLA Jewellers takes reasonable steps to ensure that these organisations are bound by confidentiality and privacy obligations in relation to the protection of your personal information.
Use of your personal information:
For each visitor to reach the site, we expressively collect the following non-personally identifiable information, including but not limited to browser type, version and language, operating system, pages viewed while browsing the Site, page access times and referring website address. This collected information is used solely internally for the purpose of gauging visitor traffic, trends and delivering personalized content to you while you are at this Site.
